@chstyling_ has been in our wonderful industry for 17 years. 6 of those years Charlotte has worked in and around Chepstow, but most recently the mighty Saints 😇
Charlotte offers vast knowledge in colour, cutting, Barbering & styling and has taken part in numerous creative courses with big brands such as Joico, which has helped her perfect her skills along the way ❤️
Specialising in Blonding services & extensions, Charlotte creates her signature work with not only a strong technical ability but also a perfect understanding of the overall service needed to create all hue's of Blondes whilst protecting the condition of the hair 🔮🪄
Charlotte fits into the team perfectly, and we can't wait for her to start! Our team is now complete 🙌 ❤️

Jayne has been hairdressing for 7 years working out of Chepstow, she shows a passionate and enthusiastic energy to the salon team. Though young in years her passion and drive to always do better inspires us all and she can literally turn her hand to anything.
Jayne Loves to colour and specialises in Balayage & colour service as well as heading up as our Head Extensionist. Jayne runs a full booked coloum and has a min of 2 month wait so get in there quick to grab an appointment.

Charley has been in hairdressing for 5 years, qualified for nearly 3, which makes her the baby our team ❤️
Coming from a fantastic salon in the Chepstow area she is taking the leap to run her own business within Earnest & Boyle 🎉
What Charley lacks in years behind the chair she makes up for with the drive and the determination to be the best she possible can be!
Charley aims to follow in Lucy's footsteps and will be working very closely with Lucy to build and grow her knowledge to specialist level ❤️ She is in it for the long run and we are here for it 💪👑

Meet Phoebe Quinn Our new Junior Stylist
We’re excited to introduce Pheobe, our talented new Junior Stylist. Trained in-house, Phoehe has a real passion for all aspects of hairdressing and brings fresh creativity to the salon floor. She is currently expanding her skills while working towards her level 3 hairdressing, building on her strong foundation with advanced techniques. Phoehe’s enthusiasm, dedication, and love for the craft make her a wonderful addition to our team – were so proud of Phoebe and can wait to watch her career as a stylist unfolds.
